Dr. Anne Talbot is a licensed psychologist specializing in neuropsychology.

She provides a variety of neuropsychological, psychological, and forensic services for people across the lifespan, both in-person and via telehealth. A founding member of Options in Psychology, LLC, Dr. Talbot has served the Nebraska Panhandle region since 1986.

Dr. Talbot’s clinical practice is informed by decades of extensive and varied experience in diverse medical and mental health settings. She offers evaluation and treatment for a broad variety of clinical and forensic issues. She also offers psychotherapy on a limited basis to individuals, couples, and children, as well as consultation and supervision for other mental health professionals. 

In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Talbot is a committed advocate for expanding mental health care access for Nebraskans, particularly those in rural areas. She regularly travels to the state capitol to advocate for patients and her fellow psychologists. For this work, she was honored by the Nebraska Psychological Association with the Psychologist Advocate award in 2019.
